Particularly strong at relationship management, with global wins in Asia, Europe, Americas and the MENA region. Experience in managing large, complex programs in agile transformation and behaviour and adoption practices. Proven successful history in building strategic plans with focus on performance metrics.

An experienced change management professional, researcher, and data driven change maker. She also has extensive business strategy and technology implementation OCM/behavior adoption knowledge with focus on strategy implementation and leadership development through 15+ years experience in the consulting industry with Deloitte, Capco, etc. She is currently completing her PhD in leadership and is very excited to be part of the VanBri team.

With a strong consulting mentality and passion for continuously improving the status quo, Jen Jesse is recognized for bolstering infrastructure, motivating cross-functional team members of all levels, and enabling transformative growth. Her 15+ years of success includes consulting experience (Deloitte and boutique firms), and in-house leadership roles in organizations ranging from 10-7,000 employees.
